You will find the word 'intermediary' sometimes used in this website. It is a term we use to describe you if you are a professional working with people in financial need. This includes you if you are an adviser, support worker, home visitor or welfare officers who have regular face-to-face contact with people in financial need - and includes you if you are paid staff or a volunteer.
